A Preliminary Feasibility Analysis of Regional Industry Promotion Projects

○ It is uneasy to apply standardized methodology from the standpoint of cost-benefit analysis in securing validity and feasibility of the projects  as policy means, through preliminary feasibility survey  in order to judge the utility of the projects(service) provided by public sector, 
○ This study seeks to suggest alternative for the examination of budget feasibility by conducting the theoretical review of benefit estimation on public service goods,  applying economic analysis methodology and carrying out empirical analysis  feasibility through the research of economic feasibility analysis focusing primarily on measuring the  economic benefit of the projects for the verification of regional projects’ feasibility
