○ Analyzing the level of use and investment of IT in the service and IT sectors and the level of industrial convergence with IT industry and the determinants, and suggesting ways to enhance the use of IT and convergence in the service sector by studying the impact of the use of IT in the service sector and industrial convergence on performance indicators in the service sector (such as labor productivity, total factor productivity, employment, etc.)
