A study on limits of large businesses system and SMEs as a new growth engine

○The Korean economy has many problems, for example, limits of an existing growth paradigm. That is structural limits of a growth system which are exports-focused and large business-oriented. Therefore, the Korean economy needs a new growth paradigm, and it is necessary to actively search for development strategies and policy for SMEs as they are a growth engine and an alternative of the Korean economy.


○This study aims to overcome limits of large business-oriented system facing Korean economy, and search for development strategies and policy challenges to play an important role as a growth engine.
